About Us
Nautical Landing was established in 2001, in Kansas City, Missouri.  After a 3-yr. tour in the big city, the “water” was calling us.  In January of 2005, we packed up the cargo and took the three-hour cruise to the Lake of the Ozarks, in Osage Beach, Missouri.  We re-opened in March of 2005 and now provide Nautical and Tropical decor, gifts, clothing, jewelry, and more to the entire “lake community” and its guests. We are a family owned and operated business and are excited and happy to be here in this great vacation land.  Created by Linda Grossman, Nautical Landing’s goal has always been to bring ‘nautical’ and ‘tropical’ to landlocked coastal lovers. There’s no need to lug your treasures home from vacation or pay hefty shipping fees.  You can decorate any room of the house or your boat.  We offer a wide selection of treasures, always adding to our inventory to please our customers. While we don’t offer life size boats or boating supplies, we do offer accessories for your next luau, your lake home, cabin, boat, bathroom, kitchen, bedroom, garden, pool side, and the list goes on.......

Nautical Landing fills 4,000 square feet full of nautical and tropical treasures in our retail store located in the Stonecrest Mall in Osage Beach. From shipwheels, bells, and lighthouses, to dolphins, parrots, and pirates, Nautical Landing caters to everyone’s desires. Forgot to get your sister a souvenir from the Keys?  Shh, don’t tell her you got that shell or coral at Nautical Landing. When you’re in the area, we invite you to sail on in and experience the tranquility for yourself.  It’s all about laid back island life here, except for a luau or two. While in the store, you’ll always hear sounds of the tropics with our variety of steel drum island music, calypso, Eric Stone, and even a little Jimmy Buffett.  Speaking of Parrotheads, we also carry goodies for you, from Parrothead hats, to coconut bras and grass skirts and a lei or two!  Sounds like the making of a great Buffett concert  or luau costume.  Stop in and say Ahoy! to Linda, Captain Ron, and Andrew.  “We’re here to give you a little sun and sand, the water’s already provided!
